Rabbi Jacob Elisha Fine
Rabbi Jacob serves as Director of Jewish Life and Director of Abundance Farm at CBI. A graduate of Vassar College, he was ordained by the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at American Jewish University. Rabbi Jacob is a Wexner Graduate Fellow, former Hillel Rabbi at the University of Washington and, most recently, Director of Programs for the Jewish Farm School. Rabbi Jacob is a respected national leader in the field of Jewish environmental and agricultural education.

Assistant Director of Jewish Life: Molly Bajgot
Molly Bajgot is the Assistant Director of Jewish Life. She oversees Family Education Programs such as ALMA, CBI’s Jewish Education program, programming for families with young kids, such as Shabbat Shabloom, our Teen Life programs and youth groups, and our B’nai Mitzvah programs. She also oversees the Havurah Initiative, a community focused initiative at CBI.
Molly is from the Boston area, born and raised in Sudbury, Massachusetts. She has a background in community organizing, food and farming, and Jewish communal ritual life. She is a singer-songwriter and loves spending time in the various rivers and lakes Western Mass has to offer.
