Registration 2024/5785: High Holy Days at CBI

Register for High Holy Days 5785 at CBI
Please take care to read and answer each question.
This form includes programming for adults, children, and teens.

 

To add additional people after you submit your registration, please have them complete a separate new registration. There is no need to update us if you are unable to attend.

A copy of your registration will be sent to your email for your records. We will ask for names at the door.

NOTE: While you can still register to attend High Holy Day services, only registrations before 10/1 will receive name tags for Rosh Hashana and registrations before 10/9 will receive name tags for Yom Kippur. Any registrants after these dates will receive a "Guest" name tag.

This is a tentative offering, depending on interest. We will follow up with you individually if it becomes available.

Non-members are encouraged to make financial contribution to support our programming. Please make a financial contribution that reflects your capacity on a sliding scale of $0-360.

We suggest $180 per person. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

CBI's annual Kol Nidre Campaign helps to fund our quality programming and services. It supplements the funds raised from membership dues and the cost of bringing these programs and services to you. For the 24-25 budget year, we're aiming to raise $65,000 through High Holy Days fundraising.
